Guadalest is an amazing place, time stands still. The history is palpable. The small shops sell beautiful gifts. To find a Boutique Hotel the quality and standard of Cases Noves in Guadalest was the icing on the cake. My husband has spent a lot of his life near Campello, and after a day trip to Guadalest two years ago, we wanted to stay for a couple of nights for a Birthday/Anniversary treat. I messaged Toni and received an instant response and we booked 29th February - 2nd March. Toni and Sofia are the perfect hosts. A tour of their home - Cases Noves - a reading room, a music room, a log fire, an honesty bar, candles, flowers. Our bedroom was equally beautiful with stunning views, one of the comfiest beds we've slept in and a perfect bathroom. We ate in the restaurant both nights, Sofia is Chef, Toni makes sure everything front of house is perfect. Exquisite food, superb wines - nothing is too much trouble. A real find, thank you Toni and Sofia, we look forward to seeing you again.
